Q. Which insurance companies do you work with?
A. Supreme Auto Body Inc. works with any auto insurance company.
Q. What if my insurance company wants me to go to their shop for repairs?
A. You have the right to take your vehicle to the auto body shop of your choice. The insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
Q. How can I get a rental car?
A. We can arrange a rental vehicle for you with a local car rental company. They will meet you at our shop or we can give you a ride to their office. When you pick up your vehicle you have the option to leave the car rental with us.
Q. Will I have to negotiate with the insurance company?
A. We will be happy to negotiate your claim with the insurance company. You may bring the vehicle directly to us and have the insurance company come to the shop to estimate the damages.

Q. Can you match the paint color of my vehicle?
A. We use PPG computerized paint mixing system. Color match is achieved with this technology and our experienced technicians.
Q. The frame is damaged can it be repaired?
A. A vehicle unibody can be returned to its original factory specifications. If the frame section is bent beyond repair that section can simply be replaced.
Q. How long will take for the repairs?
A. Every repair is different. It depends on the amount of damage.
Q. How will I know when my vehicle is ready?
A. You will be notified when the vehicle is ready. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
